Return Policy

At ASC Gun Worx, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy outlined below.

  1. Return Period

You may return eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions specified in this policy. All returned items must be in new, unused, and original condition with all original packaging and accessories.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety, legal, and regulatory reasons, some items cannot be returned. Non-returnable items include:

  • Ammunition
  • Firearms
  • Customized products or special orders
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
  • Gift cards
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

a. Contact our customer service team at ascgunworx@gmail.com or call (610) 698-7134 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

b. Include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip and write the RMA number on it.

c. Pack the item securely, along with all original packaging and accessories, and ship it to:

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  1. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s). We will issue a refund for the returned product once it is received and inspected.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at ascgunworx@gmail.com or call (610) 698-7134 within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  1. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel the order before it ships.

Please note that custom orders and special orders cannot be canceled once they are in production.
